Training & Recruitment
All our Engineers are fully qualified electricians that attend in house training at our Head office located in North Nottinghamshire and on site, with customer services at our heart. Aero staff are well versed in all Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements pertaining to any work done.
Nationwide Coverage
We provide nationwide coverage across Britain with 23 depots strategically located to serve customers efficiently. These include depots in key cities including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Liverpool, Birmingham, Bristol, and Southampton, ensuring our services are accessible throughout the country. This extensive network of depots allows for timely and effective deployment of our skilled installers to support a wide range of clients and projects.
We pride ourself on our highly knowledgeable team and comprehensive support system. All installers are directly employed by Aero Solutions Ltd, guaranteeing a consistent standard of quality and expertise. Our field team is supported by a dedicated back-office team specializing in Administration, Quality Standards (QS), Human Resources (HR), Health & Safety (H&S), and Stock Management. This robust internal structure ensures that our engineers, clients, and customers receive seamless and professional support at every stage.
Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive support and high-quality services. We offer customer contact from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers have access to full administration and electrical support, along with direct access to manufacturers' customer service and technical support.
